Who have any idea how resolve this issue? All virtuemart components cant be updated by admin panel...

"Errors in VirtueMart 3.0.12 and Joomla 3.8.2"    If you are using VM3.0.12 then it is old probably not PHP7 compatible.  Hence the PHP notices/warnings.

Why not clone and install the latest manually and see what else needs doing?

The topic was already solved, I think. He uses an old layout override, which uses and old call to VmHtml. Or his VM is now so old, that it does not has the adjustment for VmHtml.
