guest sales

Hi,

Is it possible that the shop only handles guest sales. We do not want to store data of customers as registered users.

Yes, that's what I do for most of my sites. In Configuration/Checkout ensure that "On checkout, ask for registration" and "Only registered users can checkout" are unset.  You still need to collect billing/shipping addresses to process the orders.
