categories not displaying in rows

SOLVED:
Hi,
Finally got my website live.  But for some reason a day later my Categories are not displaying correctly under the "catalogue"  section on the main navigational bar of my website.  I am using a virtuemart version 3.0.18.  and horme 3 as my template attached a screenshot.   I have checked the shopfront display settings and it is set for 3 rows etc.  I had just updated an image in private label and went to the front end to check and that is when I noticed the error.  and it seems that the issue is around the private label category.  as I am new to all of this, am really in the dark... has anybody else experienced this?

UPDATE :  HAVE FOUND THE PROBLEM.  It was caused by an image that would not upload.
