Show always shipping time

Hi,
I have a question about the picture for out of stock lead time:
I know this has been asked before but i could not finde the right answer.

If I don't have stock any more, there is a picture saying 1-2 months as i set it up. so thats fine.
for example: https://www.mementi-urns.com/funeral-urns-shop/biodegradable-urn-for-human-ashes/funeral-urn-marbled-in-smaragd-green-detail
if I have stock it does not show the same picture and i have to answer questions about availability all the time.
like: https://www.mementi-urns.com/funeral-urns-shop/biodegradable-urn-for-human-ashes/biodegradable-funeral-urn-glossy-black-detail
in what file can I find this setting and what do i have to do to replace it with a static picture?

You can use a custom field for the products to show availability status - that is just one of the possible options available to you.  https://docs.virtuemart.net/manual/general-concepts/212-customfields.html

Hi,
thanks for your answer,
I am now able to add any picture or description I want, very useful I have to say.
However, how do i now get a dependence between the displayed picture/text and the stock level.
At the moment it will always show the "24h hours lead time" i want even if it is not in stock.
