I want assign a different payment method for each product.
How can i do?

I use Joomla 3.6.0, Virtuemart 3.0.9.
I want to put to some product method of payment: mark; and to other product method of payment: credit card.
How can i do?

You still haven't said WHAT payment plugins? There's dozens

put products in 2 separate categories and filter the payment plugins by the cats if the payment plugins have this (see the shipment plugin std)
if not put the code in the plugin

cats can be unpublished

or hide payments in the cart by JS dependent on catids

I don't know of any native method to do this
