Upgrading breaks front page

Hi guys,

Site is here:

Since upgrading Joomla to 3.5.1 and Virtuemart to 3.0.14 (actually downgraded from 3.0.16 when there were more issue with that), my front page has gone strange.  It's loading the wrong things, like here:

http://theprintingwell.com.au/index.php/business-cards

That should be a category with products sitting in it, not what it currently is.

I have a vague memory of doing some tweaks over a year ago, and I'm wondering if they're clashing with the update?  I tried disabling some of the overrides with no luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I assume you have both products and cats with an alias of   business-cards

check the settings for SEO in the vm admin->config

switch on the suffix detail
