2 emails sent after order on specify payment method

Hi, i have a big problem with emails orders.
If customers choose "bank payment" like payment method, they will receive 2 emails:
First email with wrong subject ( COM_VIRTUEMART_MAIL_SUBJ_SHOPPER_A ) and right order status
Second email with right subject but wrong order status ( in processing )

the vendor receive just one email with wrong subject ( COM_VIRTUEMART_MAIL_SUBJ_SHOPPER_A ) and right order status.

All other payments methods send a right email.

What's happen?

Someone can help me?

I use Joomla 2.5.28 and VM 2.6.22

Thank you, you solved me the issue of the translation, but i have always the problem to send 2 emails.
The user receive one email with right order status and another one with wrong order status.
The vendor reiceve just one right email.
A mistery.....
