[SOLVED] Products not displayed in front page

Hi,
I'm working with VM 3.0.12 and Joomla 3.8, so I've a problem with the products, because in the front page I can see the categories and subcategories but into the categories and subcategories I can't display the products.
For example in the subcategory "TENDE CASSONATE" there is a product but, as you can see at the following link, no product is displayed, I can see the product only on the left in the "SELECTED FOR YOU".

I searched and again searched in the configuration of VM but  can't find nothing about.

In Italy there is a famous anchorman called Marzullo that every time say "ask yourself a question and give yourself an answer".
So i do the same thing   
For solve I must simply change in Configuration -->Templates --> Category Layout from Categories a default.

In any case there are a lot of question trivial like mine on the forums, so I help all people for the answers
