Problem with sending email confirm order

Hello,

i have V3.0.12 and J3.4.8. I have two problems:
1) I can not save anything in "shop settings" because buttons "Save" and "Save and close" do not respond
2) E-mail is not sent to customer and vendor after confirm order. But if i change order status, email is sent correctly. I migrate virtuemart with VM Migrator from V2.0.6

I would be grateful for any advice and offer

Have you changed language? try default language.

sometimes the translation get some html wrong. (happened to me in danish) so whatever i pressed in settingspage it opened the same link

I try functionality in czech (default) and english and still does not work.  :(

1) make sure u clear all cached data in the browser..  I have seen similar on Chrome after an update (I assume cached JS)

2) check all email settings.. there are a lot of different ones now in VM3 - admin tab and payment plugins
