Can't save shop's information [SOLVED]

When I try to save my shop's information, I must first fill in my shopper information, but when I try to save that I get the next error -
2codemirror.min.js:5 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'getValue' of undefined

The page already loaded with some other error first -
Uncaught TypeError: h.startState is not a function

I just can't save shop's info until I figure this out.
