Medias error

Hello, since I installed virtuemart version 3.0.12 on joomla 3.4.5 I have an error message (Attention: the /home/ateliers/htdocs2/vmfiles2/KID1.zip file was not sent on the server for security reasons!) I can't send file with the .zip extension I have set the permissions of the files htddocs2 to 777 and vmfiles2 to 777 also but nothing done if you have had this problem for permission to files how I can control the problem.

In case you are not superadmin, maybe you needd to enable the right to upload potentially unsecure files. Check the ACL, first tabl or media tab is a new setting.

Thank you, I watched the ACL rights is I all authorities on media as a super user, but unfortunately I still can't send file in virtuemart 3.0.12

You should never need to use 777 permissions. My servers have extra security to prevent directory access to directories with 777 set - does your server do the same?
Directories should be 755 and files 644 (or 444 for config files).
