Main Menu Not responsive in VMBeez5

VM3 and joomla 2.5.28
I guess this might be a joomla template question but not sure since its a vm3 and joomla 1.5.28 bundle download.

So far the site is starting to look ok on multiple devices, however the top menu for the vmbeez5 is stacking over each other and not converting to a responsive or drop down menu type display. Is there a way to make this responsive?
