We require a Virtuemart expert to customize the markup, layout and add features

Hello we require a Virtuemart expert to help us customize the shop markup, layout and add a couple of features:

- Our Joomla! version is 3.4.5
- Our VM version is VirtueMart 3.0.10
- Implement wish list (we already have the extension = Virtuemart Favorites & Wishlist Component for Joomla 3.x)
- Implement gift certificate (we already have the extension = com_awocoupon-PRO-2.4.3)
- Implement  authorize.net as payment gateway (if it have sandbox like paypal we need to test it)
- Modify the registration form to remove the username and only use email and password for user registration
- We need to configure payment methods
- We need to configure tax methods
- We need to configure the shipment methods
- We need to customize the mail templates to meet the general site styles
- We got a couple of modules one is for input a coupon code and the other is to input a gift card code, we need to be able to input that info and some how process it at the checkout view. I know this information is required at the checkout page but our client requires to be able to input it on other pages and process it later before checkout.

We got design files and we already did some of the work but we also have to fix few new issues:

- The wishlist add to cart button seem to be broken
- Configure the wishlist extension to be able to share wish lists
- The cart and checkout view need to be customized dramatically
- On the registration form the state dropdown is not getting populated after we select a country
- The "Add/Edit shipment address" link is not working properly
- when a product does not meet the shipment method criteria and we press "checkout" the page shows a save and cancel button with some broken text which make us suppose that is some sort of broken form.

We require from you:

- Hour rate
- Evaluate if we can keep or fix what we already did
- Time estimation for project completion
