Re-Send Login Activation Email?

Hi, I had a customer email that they were unable to checkout because when they created an account they received an error message that they were blocked, and also mentioned they did not receive the activation email.

In the shopper backend uner User Details it's checked "yes" next to "Block User". When i check no and save, it defaults back to yes.

Is there a way to re-send the activation email to the customer?

Or is there a way to unblock them from the backend?

Also, does anyone know why they may NOT be receiving the activation email? The email entered is accurate.

Thanks!
Alina

just activate it in the user management but really don't know why you bother with this.. you will loose customers by the truck load... what is the purpose of activation?

If the email is wrong they never get it.. if I'm a spammer I activate it.. so the purpose is?

Turn off activation in the options in user management. Activation is a waste of time imo
