VM 3.0.10: Unable to add amount that is not a regular number, e.g. 1,2 into cart

Hi,

I have an eshop in VM 3.0.10 that sells floorings. There is a problem with adding to cart, because virtuemart won't let me add to cart amount with a decimal, e.g. 2,3 or 5,46.

It is crucial to enable this,  because many types of goods do not sell in pieces. Also I would prefer , instead of . because in Czech republic it is not common to use . to separate decimals...

Can you possibly advise how to enable this?
