How to create a bus booking page

Hello! 

Sorry for taking your time but I haven't got the slightest clue about how to create the following possibilities in Virtuemart:
I need to create a product page that will serve as a place where clients will be able to book their place in a bus. I've attached an image of what the booking script should look like (I'll take care of the looks, I just need the functionality..) so I can explain my needs easier. So, there are three fields: CHOOSE YOUR DATE (I believe it should function as a generic child variant-I can create a child product for every date of departure- the same as when you get to a t-shirt selling page, you need to choose your variant of the shirt, ie. blue), ADULTS (full price) and CHILDREN (price with a percentage discount).
The catch is that the adults and children should deduct the bought number of seats from the same "stock of seats".

Is this even possible with virtuemart?
