Hello,

We seem to be having a problem receiving emails when a customer asks a question through the "ask a question" button on a product detail page. A message appears that say the question has been sent, however it is not. Could somebody help.

I had the same issue on a site, the mail was not set correct.
Check your mail adress, perhaps this solve the problem.
