Select Payment and Shipping Method in Cart (Link or Combo-box)

hi there,

i have following problem:
i want to have a link to change my payment and shipping method in the cart. it only shows me, what is selected, when i checkout i can select them both in separate windows, but if i want to change it later, there is no way to do that.

i get no jquery errors in my console, and i tried the standard templates, but theres also no selection link.

how do i get this?
