Multi Cart size product

I need to create a special cart where you can add some product of different size, for example, i need a list like this:

T-SHIRT SOCCER bliddyspam MOD. "BESTONE" price: € 10,00

size S    + -  quantity: 1  € 10,00
size M   + -   quantity: 3 € 30,00
size L    + -  quantity: 0 € 00,00
size XL  + -  quantity: 5 € 50,00

total cart: € 80,00

Attention: i don't need this cart module for all products, just for some product, for others the regular cart.

Please help me!
