I'm getting the following error when using the UPS plugin.  I've seen a thread about this but it was for VM2.  I am currently using VM 3.0.6.2 with Joomla 3.4.  Any help would be appreciated.

it is what it says -- some filtering (shopper group, country, price etc) isn't matching

But the UPS plugins are commercial so u should be asking who ever you gave your money to....

I've purchased two plug ins and get the same message so I don't think it's an issue on their end.  I know it must be something in Virtuemart, very frustrating.

How can it be a VM issue when the plugins are built TO WORK with VM???
They don't work anywhere else.. they are made for VM.. so where is the support from the two ext. providers you have given money to?

Even if it is just a VM config issue that you have wrongly made surely an ext. provider will help you?

But as I said - 99% of the time it is some filter set that is causing it.. have you done all the normal debug checks etc etc?
That's what it is there for
