Add/Edit billing address information not saving

Hello

Please help.

Joomla 2.5.28
Virtuemart 3.0.6.2

Issue: Add/Edit billing address information not saving.
If I am in the checkout page and I would like to add or edit the billing or shipping address:
I click on Add/Edit etc
- > it then opens the edit screen
- > I edit the informatio, scroll to the top and click on save
- > Page loads again (same page), and the information is not saved

I have searched the forum but I only find posts about the same issue on other versions of Joomla and VM. Some related to SEF, which I turned off but nothing happened. Issue still persists.

Please Obwi Wan Kenobi, you're our only hope.
