E-mail plugin for VM3/Joomla 2.5

I am looking for a plugin/component/extension that will work with Joomla 2.5 and VM3. I want to be able to edit the admin order confirmation e-mail as the default VM one is too cluttered.

I have tried Interamind's component but it doesn't work and we are getting a refund from it.

Joomla 3 is not compatiable with our server so it will have to work with Joomla 2.5.

Anyone have any recommendations please?
