Resize Thumbnail Images

This page shows different thumbnail images; is there a way to have same width/height of all thumb images

Im using Joomla! 3.4.1 and VM 3.0.9

Schoolboy error.

The original uploaded images have different dimensions. eg demon_oct12_lwbag_60.jpg (Demon 6\'0 Lightweight boardbag) is 800x1720px and demon_oct12_lwbag_90.jpg (Demon 9\'0 Lightweight boardbag) is 800x2014px  so when they are resized the relative proportions are maintained and the images will therefore look different.
