Status of order on order list

I have a simple problems I thing.

1. When client made an order, on order list the status of this order should be confirmed by client, but I get statuts confirmed, but I need confirmed by client, where can I change it

2.
when order is finished does not change the amount of product.

It is Joomla 3.3.6 and VM 3.0.2 after migration form VM 1

1. Your payment plugin sets the confirmed status.

2. Do you mean you are using stock control? Check your configuration.
