I am looking for a clear and comprehensive Tutorial or Documentation in related to the features and use of native stock control functions in VM2

primarily for a new user to use as a reference to minimise the number of late night text messages and Phone calls to prevent them interrupting what sleep I can get hehe finally finished I wanna put this project to bed as much as it can be.
