the language file seems to be missing. I would suggest to install the language pack for your language. You can donwload the language package at: http://virtuemart.net/community/translations/virtuemart

switch on your Joomla language debug to see what files are loaded/missing

Its clear langauge files are missing

Just unzip the Vm package and get language then overwrite old files
Languages are locate at - site/languages/
for English
en-GB
for your language if is russian ru-RU etc
