Display "out of stock" for products which are not in stock

Hi,

I am trying to find a solution which seems to not be included in VM2. Maybe I just can't find out how to solve it.

If products are not in stock any more there are different options in backend to choose.

However I would need a mixture of "Notify me" and "Don't display prodcts when product variants are also not available"

I want to display the info "Notify me" (I would like to rename the sentece in "Out of stock") in productsdetails view but the products should not be visible in category view any more.

If I use "Notify me" the products are still visible in category view and if I choose "Don't display products when product variants are also not available" there is not "notify me" info but the "pruchase" button is displayed.

How can I combine them and fix it?
