what creates / determines the edit_shipment and edit_payment URL?

I am running VM 2.6.10 on a Joomla 2.5.27 installation.

My shop runs with the russian language as default.
Now when people checkout, they come to the steps to edit shipment and payment.

My webshop is setup to run on on

http://mydomain/internet_magazin/
the cart on
http://mydomain/internet_magazin/cart/

consequently, the URL in the browser for the edit shipment (step 2) page is http://mydomain/internet_magazin/cart/edit_shipment.

But for the edit payment page, I would expect http://mydomain/internet_magazin/cart/edit_payment as URL, but instead the URL is in cyrillic (http://mydomain/internet_magazin/cart/изменить_платеж)

Can someone point me out where I can change this URL into latin?
