error message?? help please

when trying to do the final confirm on my shoping cart i get a blank page that says
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1966080 bytes) in  visionsonline/libraries/tcpdf/tcpdf.php on line 23580

what does this mean and how can i fix it??

Hi ,

If it is a memory problem then just maybe your provider could help.

Just scroll down this page and copy the minimal requirements and send them to your hoster and ask them to increase
Your memory all round. Often they will just do this for free.
Or you might have software on your site that you can do this yourself.

A quick phone call is your first option.

Increasing your php memory as well. Then test as go from there.

yeh 40 MB is really not enough to create PDFs.
