Paypal no confirmation e-mail no response

Hi,
I am driving mad, because my paypal payment does not work like it should.

-payment is done
-no response to my side
-no confirmation e-mail
-no status changing
-no error log (debug is on)

Any ideas?

SSL wildcard, htaccess correct, everything else is working. Same configuration is working on another shop but on a different service provider.
