Virtumart and adult content

Sorry I'm a newbie to Joomla and Virtumart, my question is can I use Virtumart for an adult content website. I am either to stupid or blind to find an answer to my question on the forum. Adult content would be Videos, magazines etc.

You can use it for whatever you want. But if asking for site help in the forum be sure to post an adult content warning when giving the url to avoid upsetting some other members.

Only thing I would add is the biggest hurdle is a payment provider - all the standard payment gateway providers won't touch it and the "Adult" industry ones are a very mixed bunched - be careful as there are quite a few dodgy ones with huge escrow provisions and a tendency to suddenly close and be be un-reachable.

We have used ccBill for all our adult projects and so far (6+ years) they are reliable.
