automatic email sent to customers

I am looking for a plugin/component of some sort that will automatically email every customer who purchases something off my website after a set period of time. (for example 3 weeks)

The email will just be a courtesy email asking how they like the product, etc. and if they can write a review of the product with a link to where to write the review.

Does a product like this exist out there for VM?

If anyone can help me get this set up i'd really appreciate it!
