Fixed! * Checkout Terms of Service not working

hi, Checkout Terms of Service is not working, it reloads a blank page with the store email shown. i'm not a php programer thats why i'm using virtuemart 2.0.26d / joomla 2.5.19, but i did do some research before posting but all i can find where back in 2012. i thought maybe my template was the problem but i'm using the same template on another site with no issues. and i compared the settings of both and they are the same. could someone help me? i'm a little weary about posting the urls because i ask 1 question a while back and the site has been under attack ever since. guess there will always be bad and good out there.

ps, it actually displays the email twice as 1 word.

All Joomla (and WP) sites get bot attacks - usually nothing to do with posting the url in a forum!
