Restrict VM Backend Access to certain language-version of a product

Hello,

we have a multilingual Website with Virtuemart in 5 languages.
We would like to restrict the collegues in other countries to "their" products, that means

- f.e. that the english collegues should only be able to edit the english version of a product.
- Also setting up a new product (incl. copying) should be forbidden.
- same applies to product categories

Is that possible or do you have any ideas of a work arround for this feature?
