I want user to attach file to product page. I will buy a plugin cmsmart.net/demo/index.php/custom-order-upload.html  but my hosting can't uplaod file over 15MB.

Can I upload a file to file hosting website like Mediafire, depositfiles, google drive, sky drive or what ever?

Is it possible? Does it have API key to connect with virtuemart?
