TOS link problem

I'm sorry to submit this issue ones more, but it drive me crazy! I think I red tens of posts about it but they did not work for me.
I'm on J2.5.14 and VM 2.026 (last available release), using Gantry template (last available release).
Here are my server details:

As I click on "read term&condition" (just aside of checkbox) in the cart page it goes to a blank page only showing my e-shop email address!!
I just wander why this issue hasn't yet solved by VM as I red tons of posts but none of them helped.

Thank you for your reply. I did read the linked post and I also installed JQEasy as you suggested. I have also tried to enable VMJQ while disable Gantry template JQ, so i toggled several time trying to set JQ issue but nothing changed.

Yours appears to be a different issue, but as you are using a full commercial theme you need to ask the developer for support, Eugen S about the problem, or chat with him at http://www.developing-and-design.com/

It may be that the template is not compatible with the current VM versions.

Thank you for your help. As I created a menu voice linked to a TOS article located to footer, how can I simply link the same internal url to "Read Term&condition" hyperlink which is located aside to cart page checkbox?
I do not care much about java popup, so it'll be ok for me that clicking to Term&C link in the cart page will open another browser window.
I did follow you suggestion and wrote to Eugene S, but I had a bad feed back when I asked him for some explanation few months ago. He kept replying me that he would answered me but at the end I received nothing from him.

Sorry JenkinHill, I just tried to change template switching to Beeze5 but nothing changed. Clicking to TOS into cart page goes to a blank page showing my company email address!! How comes?

You possibly tried to reach Eugen when he was moving house.

I assume you checked the database using phpMyAdmin that the TOS is there. The TOS is stored in ###virtuemart_vendors_en_gb (or your language equivalent)

If it still does not work in beez20 template check for conflict with  third party plugins such as Simple Image Gallery Pro

Thank you JenkinHill, but I think I found the problem: text too long! If I reduce text it works fine. It seems that the length of the text has to match the popup window measure.
Now the question is: is there a way to set popup measures?

it is all about company e-mail,I have had the same problem,when I delete e-mail,all the things corrected (even the TOS are too long)
