Cant add product to cart within search results?

Hi

Got a very weird issue on the search results on my store.

After searching for a product, virtuemart displays several products (4 per row) all with add to basket feature.

I can adjust the quantity and add to basket on any product apart from the first one in the list??? Has anyone else come across this?
