Set business hours which orders can be taken

Hey everbody,

I am looking at using this software in a project I have coming up for a local business who wants to expand to using the internet for taking orders but due to the nature of the business the pricing of items change almost daily.  Is there any way to set "Business Hours" in VM to where orders will only be taken during the normal business hours to where the business owner does not have to worry about an order being placed overnight and the pricing changes for the ordered items before he can acknowledge the order?

Natively no - my idea would be run a script at certain times to set the shop to catologue only out of hours and vice versa..
