Currency Converter Automatically

Hi,

we have a website that uses ISK (Icelandic króna), and we have to convert to euro so that PayPal  will be able to accept the order. How is it possible to get automatic updates of the exchange rate from ISK to EUR ?

VirtueMart automatically updates exchange rates every day using the data provided by the European Central Bank, the daily xml file is stored in cache as daily.xml - but I just checked mine and there is no ISK there, maybe there is another official code for it?

that's why I posted here because I have no idea what we can do ... and help would be greatly appreciated because if there's a shift in the currency conversion we would be in big trouble ....

if you check http://www.ecb.europa.eu/stats/exchange/eurofxref/html/index.en.html it says for ISK

Icelandic krona - The last rate was published on 3 Dec 2008.

guess you'll need to build another feed into VM e.g. http://www.xe.com/currencyconverter/convert/?Amount=1&From=EUR&To=ISK

yeh, just use the provided file, exchange the link store it with a new name, choose it in vmconfig and it should work.
