My site was working for about a day or two however know when I try to add items to the cart I keep getting a '$menuid 0' and then nothing add to cart. You can view the live site http://www.thewinepoint.com.au/store/. Any suggestions anyone it's really urgent?

I've tried the method outline here http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=108000.0 and now 'Add to Cart' JS isn't working. I've undone the edit but it's still not working as it should.

JS has only stopped working when I enabled SSL. After looking at this post (http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=109967.0) I think I may have a bunch of CSS and JS which aren't secure. How do I fix this?

that will help you find non secure items & all.

BUT! when i turned it on and clicked add to cart, the actual string to see the item to the cart was "301" redirected.
could be an htaccess issue, or some kind of security plugin conflict.

&& do you have menu items to virtuemart?

I don't have a '.htaccess' file in my root folder rather it's a htaccess.txt, would this be the problem? I've tried restoring the sites on a sub-domain, locally and on other servers and it's working fine. This $menuid issue only popped up after two days of the site being live.

The only plugin I've installed since the launch of this website is jSecure. Would this be the cause?

I've finally solved it. I had to add a .htaccess file and change the server configurations to rewrite the URL's. That's all it was.
