Backend users and administration of VM2?

Hello,
I tried goggling but I couldn't find an answer.

I want to add users to be able to add/delete/change products on my web store.

The problem is that I have to give them Super Administrator rights so they can do that. How can I change this? Is there a way that the user dont see the secure info (Modules, Global Configuration, ...) and only see the non important things AND VM2?
