How to buy one product twice

Hi,

I am having a webshop running and would like to also sell contact lenses. For this I am using the following plugin

This helps because I don't need to have tons of products that just differ by the dioptries.

However usually customers would buy the same product twice with different dioptries. Lets say Product ABC left eye -1,5 and Product ABC right eye -2

How can I solve this as when I put -1,5 into the cart and buy another -2 the -1,5 is overwritten.

But I need the customer to be able to buy both products -1,5 and -2.

Can you also  try using a VM native custom field (e.g. String)?

Its strange. It seems like it sometimes works correctly and sometimes not.

To me works fine with the native custom fields
