Language errors after upgrading to 2.0.24

Hello,

I am getting lots of errors after upgrade from 2.0.3 to 2.0.24.
Cannot create Shipment or Payment methods.
Some examples of errors:

Updated also the language files and did "Install/update tables" with no success.

I am stuck, please help.
