How Enable Shopping cart only for one group of customer

Like the title..
I need to show prices only for Registered User but at the same time i wnat enable shopping cart only for a specific category of registered User...

Ex.
"Guest" can only see the catalog
"Registered" can see the product prices (i have do it by Virtuemart configuration Option)
"Special" can use the shopping cart and buy the product  (MY PROBLEM!!!)

is there an option or an extension (free or commercial) that allows me to do it???

Put addtocart into "check special" condition. It's possible to check group of current shopper. Try forum search button.

But i need more help because i have no idea how to do it (addtocart into "check special" condition).
Is it a virtuemart option on the administrator configuration panel or need a modify of the code ?
I tried to use forum search button but i dindn't Find nothing of interesting.. Maybe i used wrong terms of serach...
