No limit for products in stock

Hi,

it is possible to give in product edit in tab 'Product status' no limit in stock?

I would to sell some unfailing products. (for example prints on paper)
Adding still some new numbers in this field is uncomfortable.

I can't use option "Products Out of Stock are orderable, no special action" because some of my products has real number in stock.
Please help, have anyone some solution for this?

Did you try to use 99999999999 for a stock amount? As far two types of product could be on one category page this probably is the easiest trick.

Of course unlimited products could be marked as unlimited in other ways. But I don't know is it necessary in your case. URL?

I think it should make system easier.

We have own application integrated with VM, so give URL is not good idea - there is polish language
9999999 is not good for us.

Could you give me some other way to do this?

So problem is that unlimited number products are not displayed in Joomla. There are hidden, there are visible in our app - and I think that with only polish language it is difficult to view our idea.

I didn't know that test products are hidden. Could you help me understand your issue? Can't fight blind without seeing frontend.

9999999 is not good for us.

But it's still necessary to mark unlimited somehow. Either as 999999, or with the help of custom fields.

Custom field with youtube url was published in 'youtube' position.

Custom field could be used as a mark. Then you could check this mark in your condition if.
