You use jquery from Google in your VM config. Turn this option off and check your issue again.

When I disable the option "Using the VirtueMart jQuery" . The page wasn't stuck or locked, but the product wasn't added to the cart. I can't figure out what is wrong with the virtuemart. But i felt there may be a conflict in jquery or javascript. But I can't figure out where is the problem and how to fix it. And also I might be wrong and there can be a different reason for the issue. Help me guys if you can. I appreciate your help.

Although the solution didn't fix the issue i thank you Maxim Pishnyak for use you time to help me.

Strange. I didn't see jquery.js from your widgetkit previously. The only option for you is to use Jquery Easy or such. Jquery for Widgekit must be loaded before js files (jquery, noconflict etc) FROM VM. So use Jquery Easy to have only ONE jquery.js (with noconflict option turned on) on each page.

If you can explain a little what I have to do, then it will be a great help for me. I have installed Jquery easy plugin. What are the things that i have to configure ? what are the virtuemart component => Configuration => template  settigns that i have to configure ?

I'm so greatfull for your help Maxim Pishnyak. thank you. I hope you will help me to figure out this.

So use Jquery Easy to have only ONE jquery.js (with noconflict option turned on) on each page.
Did you found jquery section in the Jquery Easy settings?

No this is a piece of screenshot. I enable this and also enable the plugin before. But nothing changed.

You have a script which starts running and never completes. Becuase it never completes I cannot identify it.
Try in turn disabling the non-VM scripts, eg Menumatic, widgetkit, accordionmenu, warp etc.

so sorry about the late reply.
I think the issues is occurred with the template.
I changed the template in to a default template for check it. And then when we add something to the cart by clicking the button no more issues. The virtuemart pop up window is also showing and the shoping cart is also updated without freezing the page. Is this because of warp framework ? Or just with the template's javascript files ? My client is very happy with the template. Do I have to change the template ?

I appreciate both of your help. I had some exams in last days. Sorry about the late reply guys.

Maxim Pishnyak

Everything works fine then? Good. Well... what about your exams then? How did you do them?

Finally I figure out how this issue occures. It's a case with the shopping cart details module positioned on top.
At first I removed the current template and add another one(Gantry Template Framework's default template)

But that doesn't fix the issue. Then I remove all the modules on the top and then add them again one by one while checking the issue. It works fine and show the pop up window also until I add that Shopping Cart details module.

When I add it the issue is also there.

So I think it is a matter with the Shopping Cart details module.

But I don't know how to figure this out. Do I have to remove that module completely.. ?
Or else do I have to position it on a different place.. ?

I appreciate you help guys.. Thank you all of you. And I hope you'll help me with the rest of this issue by answering my questions above. Thank you guys.

@Maxim Pishnyak
The exams are finished and I hope results will be good.  :D  Sorry for the late reply on my issue guys.

Thank you.
