I look for a module to make an order for somebody else.
I explain to you: I have a representative of sale who visits specialized shops to propose them our products. All these products can be bought on our virtuemart shop.
I wish that my representative can place order directly on a tablet, via the account of a buyer. I wish so so possible that the buyer signs on the tablet.
Does that exist?

Yes, I think so, you need to exlain that two point.  usally, there is just needed a different shopper group for your situation.
