Checkout Process. Need help ASAP!

Every time that I am trying to test the functionality of the shopping cart or try to buy products from my site there is always this cloud access page that shows up stating:

"You have reached the correct page for your Joomla! site, however it's not quite ready yet. Please be patient while our servers prepare your working space. It could take as long as 1 hour for your site to be prepared. Please check back or refresh this page periodically. If after 1 hour you are still seeing this page, please click here to submit a support ticket."

This happens once you are trying to check out fully and when the user tries to register after adding orders to the shopping cart. Cloud access stated: "As the issue relates to 3rd party extension 'virtumart', its not covered under our Standard Support policy."

I am running VirtueMart 2.0.20 with Joomla 2.5. Is there any way to get around this issue? Any suggestions?

Use a different server as there is obviously an issue with the one you are using.

Please mention your VirtueMart, Joomla and PHP versions when asking a question in this forum
