I can't manage to set properly the shop, it gives me always the error in the title! Either if i am logged or not. I've read many topics but i can't figure out what's the problem; i've also enabled the debug mode and this is the output:

Probably I need to edit the variables that are indicated in shipmentmethod rows, but I don't understand where i have to do it. Can you give me an help?

the first tab is selecting the type of ups service. i have no idea why im getting the  "No shipment method matches the characteristics of your order." error when i try to select the shipment method

the first tab is selecting the type of ups service.

Not only. There could be also configured shopper group (could be potential issue).

Also UPS could need filled product weights.

So what were characteristics of your order? Order amount and weight?

Also I saw debug option turned on on your web shop and I wasn't able add to cart as well.

I try to add one item of any object, but it give me always that message. I configured the weight of all the items entering 1 kg.

I activated debug mode to try to understand better, but with debug turned off it is the same, doesn't work
