Missing Search modules

I am using Joomla! 2.5.14 and Virtuemart 2.0.22a

I cannot figure out how to get virtuemart products to appear in my joomla search.
Or for that matter I cannot see how to search the virtuemart catalogue at all (besides clicking on categories and products)

From doing some extra searching, it seems I am missing the VM search modules / plugins.

Any advice on how I can reinstall these?

Have you installed the VM all in one component?
